sorry folks, the last 3 weeks was chaos.
apartment hunting for the boys and condo hunting for us.
Finally done!
now it's packing, selling and more packing.
Downsizing , finally living !

FLAG girls update soon.. school has been cancelled due to typhoons.
They are okay! ( thank God!)
