You leave it with Him to do just that.
Somehow, evil and wickedness will find its way to bring darkness.
It happened. Evil came, as did darkness.
One of our girl’s lost her innocence. She is only 9 years old.

She was offered $2.00 by her predator to keep quiet.
To not say a word. To tell no one.

Thankfully, she didn’t listen. She came forward and shared this awful
story with her mother. And in that spirit, today, I share this awful story with
all of you.
Because we won’t accept hush money either. And this story needs to be
heard.
FACT. For every 3 Filipino children,
one child will experience abuse.
Not us. It will never happen to one of our girls.
But it did.

I wish I didn't hear stories like this as often as I do. Living in the Middle East and travelling like I have I saw just how commonplace it really is, yet it is no less tragic!! Sharing the story in hopes it gets heard!

So scary! We all say that - it will never happen to us. I watch so many crime shows, and pray every time that nothing like that ever happens to my family.
Poor baby. I'm glad she came forward, Prying the LORD heal her inside and out. :(

Stories like this always pull at the heart strings and make your heart just ache. It's wonderful that you're reaching out to make a difference.
what a brave girl, prayers go out to her and her family. As a parent this makes me angry and sad all at the same time.
These types of stories really turn my stomach. I just can't imagine the people on this planet who do these things to children. Thanks for sharing to help, and I hope there is some way to heal.
